SHIPPING

Our physical and online stores just launched! Right now we are a VERY small operation and as such, we’re grateful for your patronage and patience. Please do not hesitate to reach out to info@youresorted.com with any questions, concerns or feedback-- we’d love to hear from you. Due to a small staff, you may experience some delays in shipping and response time. We promise, we will get to your order/inquiry. We appreciate your business always!

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered with your order immediately following your order placement. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder or check that you entered your email address properly. If you still haven’t received an email from us after 24 hours please contact info@youresorted.com.

ORDER FULFILLMENT/SHIPPING

Again, we are a very small business, which means we have a small team, so please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled. If your order is placed after 3pm, it will be processed the following business day.* Once your package ships from our physical store, it typically arrives in 3-7 business days.

*Fulfillment does not happen on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping on orders over $150. All orders under $150 will be subject to calculated shipping cost with USPS.

IN STORE PICK-UP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Sorted store at 34 Railroad Street in Great Barrington, MA. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick usually within 24 hours if during store hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are Thursday-Sunday 11 am-5 pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 Unfortunately, we cannot offer international shipping at this time.  

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER JUST PLACED

You can change or cancel your order until it ships. The quickest way to get a response regarding an order is to reach out to info@youresorted.com.

PAYMENT METHODS 

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and cash payments (in-store).

GIFT CARDS 

We offer gift cards HERE or you can buy them in-store. All gift cards are valid for online and in-store use. Physical cards aren't available online right now, but when you order, we'll send the code either to you or to your giftee!

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We hope you are happy with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or exchange ONLY.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item for store credit, please email us at info@youresorted.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Once the item is received, we will issue you a store credit that can be used online or in store for an exchange or new purchase. 

You may also come into the store to get issued a store credit or for an exchange.  

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Tights
  • Food/Drink Items

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
